You can submit your state park event via email to get it placed on the calendar. The Discover Pass is required for vehicle access to Washington state parks and state-managed recreation lands. Alta Lake State Park

    Join park staff and volunteers for an outdoor movie about predators. This PBS film will take us on a learning journey into the world of wild bears, wolves and big cats and the effects of removing predators over the centuries has lead scientists to study the reintroduction of predators into their former ecosystems.

    Dress for the weather, as it does cool down quickly in the evening time.

  3. Skagit Squares- Square dance at the Cama Center

    Free demonstrations & dancing; caller - John Corrigan and queing – Bob Berka Local club dancers from the Skagit Squares will be demonstrating and dancing. There will be times for dancers of all levels to participate. Square Dance is the official Washington state dance. The dance is known for its series of figures and footwork. Dancers are directed by a caller. It is easy to learn!

    Family square dancing has been a favorite activity at Cama Beach since the days of the resort.
