Drawing Basics: Seeing and the Three Kinds of Memory with Carl Jackson

It will explore the basics of how our perceptions both external and internal effect the drawing result. Seeing, as an artist sees is not a magical ability only a few possess, but a process one learns, and through practice refines. Exercises will examine Measuring, Negative Space, Relationships, developing Touch, The four Stages of a Drawing, and personal skill building.
