Color Fundamentals - 1 with Kim Kopp

Saturday, January 12, 2019

This 2 day workshop is a study of Color Fundamentals. It is designed to deepen understanding of color basics through observation, experimentation, and exploration. Each student creates a personal color reference guide. The workshop explores various exercises that refine color sensitivity, expand color palettes, and create useful references. Utilizing 6 colors plus black and white, students will construct color maps leading them to mix the color they intend. Each session will contain a brief lecture, a large amount of hands on time to explore assignments and ask questions, followed by group discussion. Suitable for all levels of experience, from beginner to advanced.
