    In this class, you’ll learn what to look for in a colored pencil, how different brands give you different qualities, which paper to use, plus how to mix color, create interesting textures, how to layer color, and how to burnish. Then, break out the watercolor pencils, and create a “mixed media” piece by using pencils as a paint and a drawing tool. You’ll never think of colored pencils the same again.

  2. Street and Lifestyle Photography: Capturing the Moment with Ginny Banks

  5. Nature Inspired Art & Text with Rebecca Wild

    Embark on an exploration of art and words inspired by images and forms from nature. Combine hand cut stencils and handwriting on small format paper. Transform drawing materials, acrylic paint, medium and resist techniques to create multiple transparent layers that sandwich the elements of image, text and texture.   6. Color Theory Level II with Kim Kopp

    This 2 day workshop is a step deeper into and a more individual exploration of Color Theory. The exercises build on those from Color Theory Level 1 and are designed to strengthen understanding of how color works, develop sensitivity and broaden individual approach. Each session will contain a brief lecture, a large amount of hands on time to explore assignments and ask questions, followed by group discussion.
