Brooks Memorial Retreat Center

Near the small town of Goldendale, Brooks Memorial Retreat Center is a rustic and remote facility surrounded by a pine forest.

Overnight accommodations

Seven cabins sleep 10 guests each, two restrooms with showers are nearby. In the recreation hall, a sleeping room with shower sleeps 2 additional guests. This facility includes beds with mattresses; however, linens are not provided.

Recreation hall

The recreation hall includes a fully equipped kitchen and fireplace.  The kitchen includes cooking supplies, utensils, dishes and silverware. The kitchen also has a pizza-style oven. 

Capacity

This facility accommodates up to 72 guests. Minimum and maximum occupancy (number of beds) varies by facility. User group may have less than the minimum, however the minimum fee still applies. Please see the rates page for individual facility details.

Recreational activities

A softball field, basketball and volleyball courts provide hours of outdoor fun. 

Enjoy the large outdoor briquette barbeque and campfire ring. Firewood is not provided. Inquire with the park for local purchase options.

Your group can enjoy nine miles of hiking and mountain bike trails. Explore the Goldendale Observatory, Maryhill Museum and the Stonehenge Memorial replica, a short 30-minute drive away.

For the safety and care of your attendees, groups are encouraged to bring their own first-aid equipment.
